Booking an appointment
Whether you’re a new patient or on one of our membership plans, we’re here to help and look forward to hearing from you.
Please call our friendly reception team on 01707 329 634 or WhatsApp us. You can email us at contact@knightsfielddental.com to arrange an appointment. If you have any specific needs, such as longer appointment times or access requirements, just let us know when booking. We’ll endeavour to accommodate you.
We know your time is valuable, and we do everything we can to run on schedule. Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you can’t make it, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, so we can try to use these appointments for other patients. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee, and repeated no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments. This helps us make the most of our time for all patients.

Emergency appointments
If you’re an existing patient and have a genuine dental emergency, we’ll endeavour to see you within 24 hours. If you’re new to the practice and need urgent care, just give us a call. We’ll always try to help as quickly as possible. Please call as early in the day as possible. We’ll do our utmost to fit you in, though we may not always be able to offer a set appointment time.
